On the Significance of the Scientific Developing Outlook in Theoretical Innovation

There are different outlooks of development to meet the needs of society in its different phases or periods.The outlooks of development are not only distinctive from each other in their nature,but also differential in their social function,and even opposite to each other.The scientific outlook of development which the Chinese Communist Party has shaped during the process of leading the Chinese modernization will become much influential to the development of the Chinese society.This scientific outlook of development is of clear features for its deep understanding of the rules of social development,its theoretical innovation,its start point of "human in central focus",its scientific nature,its creativity,and its active role played in promoting the development of the Chinese society.
