| 摘 要： | Both ＂Marx＂ are in pursuit of rationality of human life. The difference is： Carl Marx was in search of irrationality of capitalism with the weapon of criticism, but also searched the power in reality to criticize capitalism. Marx Weber, in contrast, tried to find the rationality from the inherent spirit of capitalism. But, in contemporary world, both Marx＇s theories encountered great predicament. On the basis of my personal observation and experience, by integrating ancient Oriental wisdom and contemporary biological symbio-genesis findings, the authors propose Chinese Philosophy-＂symbiotic values＂ under the context of global ecology, as a try to solve the new problems.
