| 摘 要： | 我国工会近年发展会员的方式存在很多问题,工会需要改变思维模式.在市场经济条件下,工会发展会员的实践必然演变为一个博弈过程.各方的博弈,既为工会发展会员提供了机遇,也为工会发展会员带来了挑战.在不同模型下,主体之间的博弈方式不同.工会能否发展会员,常常取决于发展会员以外的因素.
