| 摘 要： | 2011年是中国共产党成立90周年,也是苏共垮台20周年。从党建角度,反思苏共垮台原因,厘清中共党建理论发展进程,应有历史兴味,亦有现实意义。一定程度上,可以说中国共产党人正是在深刻反思和主动借鉴苏共等兴衰成败的历史经验教训的基础上,不断推进党的建设新的伟大工程。
