谈交通肇事的心理原因及预防对策

改革开放以来,随着我国经济的健康发展,道路交通的各项事业不断取得进步,与此同时,交通肇事率也在逐年上升。社会与经济发展之间的矛盾与冲突,经济、交通高速发展与交通基础不足之间的矛盾与冲突,就决定了交通肇事现象的存在、继续和发展。文章在具体分析交通肇事者心理原因的基础上,针对我国交通管理水平落后、驾驶人整体素质低下、社会道德水平整体下降的具体情况,提出了从技术预防和社会预防角度进行综合治理的对策。

Since the reform and open,with the healthy development of economy in our country,each project of road traffic is making progress continuously.At the same time,the rate of traffic accident is gradually rising.There being the contradiction and the contrast between social and economical development,the contradiction and contrast between the high speed development of economy and traffic and the insufficiency of traffic foundation,these things had decided the existence,continuation and development of the traffic accident.Based on the concrete analysis of the psychological cause of the troublemaker,in view of the concrete conditions of the backward of the traffic management in our country,the driver's low overall quality and the drop of the overall social moral,this article puts forward the comprehensive administration countermeasure from the angle of the technical prevention and the social prevention.
