从运行过程分析,我国的行政监察机制在动力、整合、激励、控制、保障等方面均存在问题。因此,要建立健全动力机制,增强对违法违纪行为的发现力。设置协调中心,建立共享数据库、信息交流平台来强化整合机制。在运用好正激励的同时,发挥负激励的补充作用,激发监察人员的责任心和荣誉感。在加强监察机关内部控制机制的同时,要加强权力机关、司法机关和监察对象的监督。保障监察人员的基本生活条件,人身安全和职业发展使其安心工作、献身监察事业。
