从GPI看教育发展过程中的性别差异

摘    要:消除教育发展过程中的性别差异,是提高妇女地位的必要保证。对"2005年全国1%人口抽样调查"数据的统计分析表明,如果不考虑城乡和地区因素,中国初等教育(小学和初中层次)发展过程中的性别差异近乎消失,教育性别差异突出地体现在中高等教育层次。中等层次(普通高中、中专、技校)的教育中持续存在着较大的性别差异,且这种差异的削减速率相对平缓。就高等教育而言,两性之间的差异在总体表现出快速削减的趋势,但在女性中,有较大比例者接受的是较低层次的高等教育。
