| Abstract: | The psychological harmony of the scientific research team of university refers to a circulating and developing process which includes cognition, emotion and meaning; a harmonious and unified developing process which means beauty, kindness and truth; and a benign and interactive process which implies that sometimes there is nothing, sometimes there is something and sometimes they are potential. |
