| 摘 要： | 格雷欣法则,即劣币驱逐良币规律.在公共组织领域中,也存在着优良职员与不良职员、优良风气与不良风气的博弈,常使格雷欣法则得以实现,令"劣币"当道.文章就公共组织中如何消解"劣币驱逐良币"的现象提出了一些对策.
