论传统手工技艺的商业秘密保护

传统手工技艺是非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分。随着全球经济的发展,产业化、国际化进程给传统手工技艺带来了前所未有的冲击,因此,如何保护我国传统手工技艺已刻不容缓。本文从界定传统手工技艺的范畴入手,重点分析了当前我国传统手工技艺的发展现状,并在此基础上提出了适用商业秘密保护传统手工技艺的措施,特别是针对我国传统手工技艺适用商业秘密保护存在的困境,提出了解决对策。

Trade Secret Protection of Traditional Handicraft

Traditional Handicraft is an important part of Intangible Cultural Heritage.At present,industrialization and internationalization bring an unprecedented shock to it and there is an urgent need to protect our traditional handicraft.This paper focuses on the current development of China's Traditional Handicraft and the reasons behind it.After analyzing the difficulties in the protection,this solution can be the Trade Secret Protection.
