| Abstract: | The reformation of local government examination and approval system does not always mean a simple elimination of the original system. It means, however, with a prerequisite for reasonable edge of administrative examination and approval, to go on reforming the system and implementing respective attached reforming measures, and to set up a scientific, reasonable, efficient, honest, just and transparent system for local government examination and approval. |
