| 摘 要： | 完善劳动力市场,需要法律保驾护航。《劳动法》在微观层次规范劳动法律关系主体,国家作为公权力拥有者而介入劳动者和用人单位之中,主要采用法律的宏观调控手段对双方的利益进行平衡、协调。《工伤保险条例》和《失业保险条例》的贯彻落实,标志着我国新型社会保险服务制度基本形成,但是还需要在实践中进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The law is required to perfect the labour market.Labour Law stipulates the subject of legal relation of labourers.State,owner of public right,is in the relation between labourers and employing unit.The legal macrocontrol way is used to balance and coordinate two sides' interest.Applying Regulation of Insurance Against Injury and Regulation of Unemployment Insurance reflects the fact that a new social insurance system has been formed in China.It should be perfected in the reality. |
