全球化时代恐怖主义发展态势及其对策研究

随着全球化时代的到来 ,恐怖主义的发展也呈现出一些新的态势 ,无论在活动范围、组织类型、活动动机及其运用的手段等方面都有很大的改变。这些变化使得全球化时代的恐怖主义对国际安全和世界的稳定与发展构成了严重的威胁。各国应当以联合国和安理会为核心建立国际反恐联盟 ,在签订相应的国际公约、大力完善国内反恐立法的基础之上 ,充分发挥超国家机构的作用 ,积极采取非军事反恐措施 ,努力改变国际经济秩序中的不合理之处 ,促进全球经济平衡发展 ,彻底抑制和打击恐怖主义 ,维护国际安全和世界和平。

Study on Developing Situation of Terrorism in Globalization Age and Measures

With the coming of globalization age, the development of terrorism took on a new change in activity range, organization type, motives of action and applying methods. All these changes made the terrorism a danger to international security and world peace. Every nation should build international antiterrorism union with the UN and Security Council as heart and exert the role which exceeds that of national constitution on the basis of concluding corresponding international pact and improving native antiterror legislation, try to change irrationality in international economic order, promote the balance development of global economy, restrain and attack terrorism thoroughly and maintain international security and world peace.
