| 摘 要： | 中国共产党成立以来运用与发展民主集中制的经验教训主要表现为：不断创新与发展民主集中制理论;扩大党内民主,为民主集中制的有效运作奠定坚实基础;正确处理＂民主＂与＂集中＂的关系,以及着力于制度化建设,建立起严格的操作性强的规范和制度。

| Abstract: | The main experiences and lessons of the CPC in applying and developing democratic centralism since its establishment are as follows: continuously innovating and developing the theory of democratic centralism;enlarging intra-party democracy to lay a solid foundation for the effective running of democratic centralism;correctly dealing with the relation between democracy and centralism,and working hard in institutional construction to establish strict,operational norms and institutions. |
