| 摘 要： | 目前，公共行政学影响我国传统公共管理学科设置痕迹甚深，为了追求公共管理部门尤其是政府的效率与公平，新公共管理思想可资借鉴。受经济学、政治学、管理学和社会学影响形成了四种公共管理学科体系设置模式，现代公共管理学科则在四类学科共同作用下形成，并且学科间形成了能够融合与修正的支撑机制。
