On the Differences Between Sino-Occident Legal Culture from a Logic Viewpoint

The thesis mainly discusses the differences between sino-occident legal culture from a point of view of logic. Firstly, the author points out the important role of logic in legal culture; Secondly, the author makes a thorough inquiry on the role of logic in western legal culture; Thirdly, the author analyses the non-logical characteristics of Chinese legal culture.
