| Abstract: | Involuntary dangerous crime is the problem that the argument is quite many in the penal code theory of china.The author starts with the reasonableness,possibility and necessity of its existence,and has carried on the research gone deep into,and has done the initial research for the important document of constituent and legislation.It makes any sense to affirm the existence of the Involuntary dangerous crime,not only for guiding the justice practice but also for making perfect the Involuntary crime theory. |
