| 摘 要： | 成熟的民族都有自己独特的文化形态和文化个性。黑龙江作为边疆大省,发育和推广本土先进的文化特质,不但关乎地域,更关乎国民。因此,建设边疆文化大省具有重要的战略地位。与此同时,还要很好地研究边疆文化大省建设过程中的战略目标和具体战略问题。
