| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是一项复杂的系统工程，也是政府与社会之间能否形成良性互动的过程．因而整合政府行为成为构建社会主义和谐社会的关键。应通过推进政治体制改革、完善干部考核机制、加强监督机制、引入市场理念、加强文化建设等整合政府行为，为构建社会主义和谐社会提供政策平台。

| Abstract: | Building a harmonious socialist society is a complicated and systematic project and also a process in which whether the benign interdynamies can be formed between the government and society. Integrating governmental actions, therefore, has become the key to building a harmonious socialist society. We should provide a political platform for building such a society by deepening political restructuring, perfecting the cadre assessment system, tightening the oversight system, introducing market idea and developing culture. |
