| 摘 要： | 目的:观察并比较头痛方加减与单味川芎治疗偏头痛的疗效.方法:选取偏头痛患者126例,随机分为治疗组(头痛方加减)66例和对照组(单味川芎)60例,治疗3个月后,评价偏头痛改善情况.结果:治疗组治愈、显效、有效、无效的例数分别为28,21,12,5例,对照组分别为4,16,23,17例,治疗组总有效率(92.4%)显著高于对照组(71.7%).结论:偏头痛应从风、从瘀、从湿综合治疗.
