| 摘 要： | 目的 观察疏肝健脾针刺合中药治疗亚健康的疗效.方法 采用随机数字表法,将100例门诊亚健康病例随机分为3组:对照组30例,仅予以健康教育;针刺组35例,以电针火罐治疗为主;针药组35例,除应用针刺等治疗外,加用口服逍遥丸合归脾丸.其中针药组脱落3例.10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,每个疗程结束后统计疗效.结果 每个疗程针刺组及针药组总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05,或P<0.01);随着疗程的增加,各组的疗效均有所提高,以第3个疗程疗效最佳,且针药组总有效率显著优于单纯针刺组(P<0.05).结论 疏肝健脾法是治疗亚健康的较好方法,值得继续研究及推广.
