| 摘 要： | 简要介绍中药物质组释放动力学的概念、原理,提出中药物质组释放动力学评价的原则。由于现有的中药药品标准、规范和新药研究指南中均缺乏针对多组分中药制剂释放动力学的评价方法,中药物质组释放动力学理论的提出有助于对传统中药制剂释放特征进行定量评价,该法可用于中药多组分制剂及给药系统的设计与评价。
