社会协同视角下共青团社会管理创新与草根志愿组织发展辩证关系之叙事考察——以河北402爱心社为个案

从社会协同论的视角看,共青团的社会管理创新与以青年为主体的草根志愿组织发展之间的互动过程顺应了党团关系与团青关系的新变化,实现了共青团自身组织建设的创新,推动了草根志愿组织的可持续发展,亦得以促使共青团与草根志愿组织以及草根、社区、高校、农村、NGO化媒体等不同类型志愿组织之间在实践中形成了协同治理的伙伴关系模式,提供了我国社会管理创新所急需的鲜活的基层实践经验。

Narrative Research on the Dialectical Relationship of the Communist Youth League’s Social Management Innovation and the Grassroot Voluntary Organizations’ Development from the Perspective of Social Synergy Theory: A Case of the 402 Loving Heart Society of

From the perspective of social synergy theory, the interactive process between the Communist Youth League＇s social management innovation and the development of grassroot voluntary organizations which are comprised of young people mainly, responds to the new changes of the Party-League relation and Laegue- Youth relation. It makes the Communist Youth League realize its innovation of organization construction, promote the sustainable development of the grassroot voluntary organization, and impel the cooperative- governance partnership model between the Communist Youth League and the grassroot voluntary organizations, as well as among the grassroot voluntary organizations, the community voluntary organizations, the school voluntary ,organizations, rural voluntary organizations and NGO-moded mass medias. The practice supplies the lively basic level design experience in the social management field for the government.
