治安学学科体系结构的构想

从学科逻辑起点范畴开始进行范畴推演是构建治安学学科体系的具体方法。"秩序"是治安学的逻辑起点;从确定学科逻辑起点开始,经横向和纵向两条路径的治安学范畴推演构建治安学学科体系。横向上,治安学有"治安现象"、"治安实体"、"治安本质"三大范畴。纵向上,"治安现象"有"治安问题"和"治安秩序"两类二级范畴;"治安实体"有"治安主体"和"治安客体"两类二级范畴;"治安本质"也有自己的专门属性。

On the Construction of Discipline Structure of Public Security Study

To make categorized deduction in logical mode is a specific method in constructing discipline structure of public security study."System" is the logical starting-point of public security study.From this point,the discipline structure of public security study is constructed both vertically and horizontally.Horizontally,this study includes three major categories like "public security phenomenon","public security entity",and "nature of public security".Vertically,"public security phenomenon" covers two kinds of second-class categories like "public security issues" and "public order";"public security entity" with "public security subject" and "public security object";"nature of public security" has its own specialty as well.
