| 摘 要： | 法律和道德有着密切的联系 ,在加强社会主义法制建设的同时也必须要重视和加强社会主义道德建设。对中国古代传统法律文化必须进行一分为二的科学评析 ,以严格区分其精华和糟粕。依法治国是我们坚定不移的治国方略 ,而以德治国也可以而且应该成为我们的一种治国方式 ,所以依法治国的治国方略可以而且必须容纳以德治国的治国方式 ,这是中国特色社会主义法治的内在要求
