Practising the Scientific Concept of Development to Promote the Rapid Economic Progress of Liuzhou City

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC put forward the scientific concept that putting people first to promote all-round, balanced and sustainable development of economy and society. It is of great significance for us to make a thorough understanding of its essence to direct the social and economic development and to accelerate the reform and opening-up and modernization of Liuzhou so that we can achieve the industrialization of Liuzhou and the building of a comprehensive well-off city five years ahead of schedule.
