| 摘 要： | 公司的社会责任，是指公司作为市场经济的主本，为了社会公共利益和其他相关者的利益，主动放弃自己部分的权利而所尽的法律和道德义务。公司，作为现代社会的有机组成不可或缺的部分，在“构建社会主义和谐社会”的重大课题中，其运行必须承担相应的社会责任以推动和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | The corporate social responsibility refers to the legal and ethical liability of the companies,being subjects of market economy,through initiatively abandoning their partial rights for the sake of social public interests and interests of other related persons.Companies are an indispensable part of modern society,and its running should take corresponding social responsibility to promote the construction of harmonious society in the important project of Constructing Socialist Harmonious Society. |
