Guidelines and Basic Principles of Informationalizational Legislation

Informationalization refers to the realization, in specific geographical areas, of the process as well as the state in which large quantities of information and resources are obtained and shared efficiently. Nowadays, informationalizational legislation has been put on the agenda at both central and local levels. In view of the connotation and the purpose of the informationalization, the authors discuss the guidelines, basic principles and scope of informationalizational legislation, especially in a narrow sense- main content of informationalizational law.
