| 摘 要： | 高新技术革命要求公安民警要有较高的公安专业知识和科技知识 ,培养高素质的公安人才是公安教育事业发展的当务之急。人才档案建设是培养公安人才的基础 ,是培养公安一线通才的前期工程。本文就公安院校人才档案的建立和管理问题作了初步探讨。

Construction of talent file is the base of police talent cultivation, the first project to cultivate police frontline all-round persons. The article inquires tentatively into the construction and management of talent file in police academies. |
