西方发达国家学校德育教育的经验与启示

摘    要:克服传统的“学会生存”教育重智轻德和个人主义的弊端,发挥德育的基本功能,迎接21世纪人类所面临的各种挑战,是西方发达国家加强和改进学校德育教育的根本原因;西方发达国家学校德育教育经历了一个从重视、不重视到重视,由个人主义转向综合主义的曲折过程;它给我们的启示是:学校教育应以德育为先、构建学校德育教育机制、注意德育教育目标和内容的层次性、强化隐性德育教育的渗透性、重点发展学生的道德思维和实践能力、建设一支高素质的学校德育教育工作者队伍。

On School Moral Education's Experience and Revelation of Western Developed Country

Abstract:To overcome the disadvantages of the traditional"survival"education which emphasis on theintellectual education and individualism,to face the various challenges for human being in the 21 century,are the main reasons of the western countries in their strengthen and reformation of the school moral education.The development of the school moral education in the advanced western countries followed a road ofrecognition,non-recognition,recognition,from.individualism to integrationist.The revelation for us is:the school education should be basic on the moral education,construct the moral education system,focusthe moral aims and the levels of concepts,emphasis on the invisible osmosis of moral education,focus onthe moral mentality and ability of students and build up a high quality school moral education working team.
