浅谈公安院校课堂教学的现状及对策

本文是根据自己多年的公安教学实践写成的。在课堂教学中,深切体会到目前公安院校课堂教学的诸多弊端:教学方法单一;部分教师的教学囿于教材面上的内容;在传授知识的过程中,忽视学生能力的培养等等。针对上述问题,提出应全面提高公安院校师资队伍素质;改革教学方法和手段;改革教学内容和课程体系等对策。

Current Classroom Teaching Situation in Police Colleges and the Countermeasures

This paper was written on the basis of the writer's teaching practices in public security over theyears.Through teaching,the writer profoundly realizes the present malpractices of classroom teaching in policecolleges,which include:single teaching method;some teachers' teaching revolves round the surface content ofthe teaching material;cultivation of students' ability is overlooked,and so on.In view of these problems,thewriter proposes that we should enhance the quality of the teachers in an all-round way,improve the teachingmethods and means,reform the teaching content and curriculum system.The author also puts forward someother countermeasures.
