The Perspective on the Actuality of the Lack of Migrant Workers' Training Rights

The shortage of the migrant workers is not accidental which is now arousing the attentions from the whole society to the development of the migrant workers.The status of their thoughts,cultural level and job skills straightly related to the economic,political,and cultural development of the cities.The training to the migrant workers in our opinion is not just confined to the skill training;it should be a multi-training that can lead the migrant workers to a better development,covering the knowledge of economy,law,living skills and interpersonal relationship.The training problem is a big event that relate to the development of farmers,countries,cities and it may influence the harmony of the society.The task requires the cooperation of all the society.
