Ziegler, J.D., M.A., is a Ph.D. candidate at Washington State University (degree expected May 2003), and has conducted research and published on a variety of issues at the intersection of law, medicine, politics, and criminal justice. He recently accepted an appointment as an assistant professor at Indiana University, School of Public and Environmental Affairs at the Indiana-Purdue campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He received his B.S. cum luude;from Texas Christian University, his M.A. from Washington State University, and his J.D. cum luude from the T. M. Cooley School of Law where he was a 3-year merit scholar. Nicholas I? Lovrich, Jr., Ph.D., has been the Claudius O. and Mary W. Johnson Distinguished Professor of Political Science since 1998, and has served as the Director of the Division of Governmental Studies and Services at Washington State University for the past 24 years. He holds a B.A. cum luude;in international relations from Stanford University, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in political science from U.C.L.A. He served as Editor-in-Chief of the Review of Public Personnel Administration from 1999-2000, and has served on the editorial board of the Social Science Quarterly since 1983. |
