| Abstract: | With the Revolution of 1911 overturning the feudal system existed for 2,000 years in China,the traditional policy of stressing agriculture but damping business had been changed,and,Chinese national enterprises had welcomed new opportunities for development.Not the economic laws and regulations would be needed in the raising economic activities,but international practices and the new concept on business would be requested to protect and regulate.From any objective perspective,the economic legislation in early years of Republic of China had been impressive and obtained many better effects on politics and society.Besides,it still has a certain reference to legislative practices in today’s circumstances and society. |
