| 摘 要： | 诚信的社会体系逻辑地包含着现代社会制度和思想文化,它是诚信的观念、制度和风尚的统一。应该以建设诚信文化和诚信制度为重点,构建起中国特色的社会诚信体系。同时,要建立提高诚信缺失成本的社会机制。
