| 摘 要： | 作为房地产领域主体之一的建筑施工企业，律师为其提供的法律服务相对薄弱。目前由于建筑施工企业发展过快，加之建设工程施工合同本身为相当复杂的合同，迫使建筑施工企业积极寻求相应的法律服务。律师应根据建设工程施工合同的特点，并结合具体工程项目的实际情况，有针对性地提供具体的服务。

| Abstract: | As one of the main areas of real estate, lawyers provided relatively weak legal services for construction enterprises in the past. At present, due to the rapid development of construction enterprises and lack of credit in entities market ,in addition ,the construction project contract is very complex, construction companies are actively seek the appropriate legal services. Legal services provided for the construction enterprises should be in accordance with the characteristics of contracts and the actual situation of specific projects, and then are provided in a targeted manner. |
