| 摘 要： | 在警务实战训练中,训练水平的测定已成为各基层公安部门和警察院校面临的重要问题,建立操作简单、方法有效的评价体系是保证实战训练落到实处的关键。应从教育测量与评价中标准分评价的方法出发,结合在警务实战训练水平评价的实际案例应用分析,探索标准分评价方法的具体应用方法和手段,供广大警务实战训练部门和警察院校实战训练水平的测量与评价。
