| 摘 要： | 当前,我国青少年网络犯罪呈现出高发态势,已严重威胁到社会生活秩序。造成我国青少年网络犯罪的原因是多方面的。防控青少年网络犯罪,需要全社会共同努力,构筑从思想道德、教育到文化建设、行政监管和法律规制的多层次、多维度的立体防线。

| Abstract: | At present, the youth network crime in China has showed the trend of high incidence, which severely threatened the social order. The network crime of the teenagers is caused by many factors. The prevention and control of the crime requires the joint efforts of the whole society, and the construction of a multi-level as well as multi-dimension solid defense from ideological and moral education to culture construction, administrative supervision and legal regulation. |
