| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化趋势的日益加强,各国经济同台竞争的机会越来越多.国家竞争政策不论是在促进国内经济健康有序发展,还是在协调国际经济关系方面,都发挥着越来越重要的作用.20世纪90年代,大部分经济转轨国家借鉴欧美发达国家的经验,制定并实施了以反垄断为核心的竞争政策,积极参与国际合作,力求与国际接轨.但是,在参与构建国际竞争政策体系进程中,转轨国家面临着一系列亟待解决的难题.
