| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是党中央在科学判断和全面把握我国发展阶段性特征的基础上总揽全局、审时度势提出的重大战略思想，更是指导公安高等院校又好又快发展的重要指导方针，公安高等院校必须做科学发展观的推动者、践行者，积极推进公安教育体制改革、提高教育教学质量、提升行政管理水平。

| Abstract: | Scientific development concept is advanced by our Party Central Committee on the basis of judging scientifically and generally grasping the characteristics of our contry's developing stages under the circumstances of mastering and judging the whole situation.It is also the guiding priciple for police academy's good and quick development.Police academy should be the advancer and practitioner,put forward actively police education system reform,improve teaching quality and administration level. |
