| Abstract: | With the transformation of the notion of public and the increase of the legal consciousness,the conflict of doctor-patient has become a prominent contradictions in the current social.Medical disputes are mostly related to right of informed consent.On the base of knowing this right well,it emphatically analyses the conflict of the Right of informed consent and emergency treatment to find a reasonable solution. |
