随着经济全球化进程的加快,中国经济逐渐融入世界经济的轨道,涉外经济犯罪案件日益增多.中外不法分子相互勾结,利用法律和管理的漏洞,进行经济犯罪,破坏经济秩序,危害经济安全,影响社会稳定.本文就目前经济犯罪案件的特点和侦办难点进行了分析,如何正确认识当前涉外经济犯罪的特点和侦办难点,对于预防犯罪,打击犯罪具有重要的意义.

On characteristics and investigation difficulties of foreign economic crimes

With the accelerated process of economic globalization , China＇s economy increasingly integrated into the track of the world economy, so that the foreign economic crime cases are increasing. Foreign criminals colluded with domestic criminals, using the legal and regulatory loopholes to conduct economic crimes, destruct the e- conomic order, endanger the economic security and affect social stability. In this paper, the author analyzed the characteristics and investigation difficulties of the current economic crimes. It is of great significance for the prevention of crime and the fight against crime to correctly understand the current characteristics and investigation difficulties of foreign economic crimes .
