Considerations of the Legal Issues about the Environmental Protection Cooperation between Chinese Mainland with Hong Kong and Macau under the Frame of CEPA

The cooperation between Chinese Mainland with Hong Kong and Macau on environmental protection is set in profound international and domestic concerns.The further implementation of CEPA creates helpful opportunities for environmental protection between Chinese mainland and the two districts,and meanwhile exposes some legal problems on service trade,commodity trade,and investment cooperation in the process of environmental protection.In order to promote the environmental protection of Chinese mainland and improve the environmental protection cooperation between Chinese Mainland with Hong Kong and Macau under the frame of CEPA,the paper suggests dealing properly with the relationship between free trade and the sustainable development,bringing along the environmental protection cooperation between Chinese mainland and the two districts by environmental protection science and technology industry,and emphasizing the integration of the methods carrying on the environmental protection cooperation with CEPA.
