| 摘 要： | 扩大中产阶层是经济与社会走向现代化的客观要求,是全面建设小康社会的题中之义,也是实现全面小康社会的重要途径。我们应当把扩大中产阶层作为建设全面小康社会的重要政策目标。在路径选择上,要着力创新分配机制、创业机制、教育机制,为扩大社会中间阶层提供有效的制度安排。

| Abstract: | A strong middle-class is essential for us to develop the economy and society as well as to construct an overall weal-off society,therefore,expanding the middle-class should be the orientation of formulating policies.In terms of ways and methods,we should make more efforts to guarantee effective system by innovating distribution mechanism,education mechanism and the mechanism for starting new business. |
