| Abstract: | E-government, which establishes a new administrative frame basing on information technology, is the reasonable choose of government renewing. The developing of e-government will provide for the innovation of public's decision system. The e-government may promote not only the innovation of public's decision culture and organization, but also the adjusting of power relations and information systems. |
