| 摘 要： | 随着房产交易市场的发展,各种涉房诈骗犯罪日趋增多。涉房诈骗犯罪属合同诈骗罪,认定此类犯罪要把其与诈骗罪严格区分开来。预防和治理涉房诈骗犯罪应加强法制宣传,规范中介机构的行为,整治制假行为,才能从源头上遏制此类犯罪的发生。

| Abstract: | The crime of fraud in house property become more and more along with the development of house property trade market.This crime is one kind of contract fraud.This cirme should be identifyed with crime of fraud.This kind of crime should be prevented and treated by enhancing pulicity,regulating intermediray organs' action,punishing the behavior to make fraud. |
