诉讼监督与司法领域职务犯罪预防

目前,我国的诉讼监督主要是事后监督,这种单一方式必然导致监督的滞后和效能低下。检察机关要通过建立规范的、同步的诉讼监督机制,适当扩大事前监督和事后监督,使司法活动在公正、公开的环境下进行,只有建立完善的司法领域职务犯罪预防体系,才能真正从源头上预防和减少诉讼环节的职务犯罪。

The Prevetion of Duty Crime in Action Supervison and Judicial Feilds

Action supervision mainly relies on the supervion afterwards at present.The single way would surely lead to low efficency and lagging supervision.Procuratorate organs should make judicial activities under the fair and open envrionment by setting up regulatory and synchronous action supervision mechanism to promote prevention system in judicial duty crime.This is the way to prevent and reduce this kind of crime.The rang of supervision also should be expanded.
