| 摘 要： | 发展现代农业是中国农业经济结构调整、农业转型升级发展的需要。推动现代农业健康发展需要正确处理好现代农业建设与城市化发展的关系，生产关系与生产力协调发展的关系，政府与市场的关系，提高农产品竞争力与自主创新的关系，提高农业生产效率与可持续发展的关系，改革开放与发展的关系。

| Abstract: | The demand for Chinese agricultural economic structure adjustment and agricultural transformation and upgrading is the development of modern agriculture. To promote the healthy development of modern agricul- ture, we should handle the relationship between the modern agriculture construction and the development of urbani- zation, the relationship between production relations and productivity, the relationship between government and market, improve the relationship between the competitiveness of agricultural products and the independent innova- tion, improve the relationship between the efficiency of agricultural production and the sustainable development, the relationship between reform and opening up and development . |
