| 摘 要： | 公共理性视域中的我国现代国家的构建,关键取决于现代服务犁执政党的构建.而执政党"全能主义"治国模式是我国通过建设服务型执政党实现现代国家的最大障碍.构建现代服务型执政党,必须正确处理党与人大、政府、司法机关和人民群众的关系,积极培育公共精神和公民能力.在以服务型执政党的建设推进现代国家建构的过程中,构建现代服务型的地方党组织是地方治理现代化,即走向现代公共治理的当务之急.公共理性视域中的现代服务型执政党建设与我国现代国家的构建是同一过程的两个方面.
