对公安院校法学课程课堂教学技能的研究——以刑事诉讼法学为视角

摘    要:随着高等法学教育的蓬勃发展,人们开始关注法学教育的质量问题。但是目前很多学者都是从宏观上研究法学教育的。笔者认为,课堂教学是公安院校法学教学的主要组织形式,教师的课堂教学技能是影响课堂教学质量的主要因素。文章以刑事诉讼法为视角将公安院校法学课程教师的教学技能归纳为制定教案技能、导入技能、讲授技能、设问和提问技能、举例技能、应变技能、运用多媒体的技能、结束技能八种,并分别加以研究。

Abstract:As the rapid development of advanced education of jurisprudence in China,more and more people draw their attention to the quality of jurisprudential education.But now many experts are teaching jurisprudence in a broad sense.In my opinion,in-class teaching is still the main form of jurisprudential education in public security schools.What's more,the in-class teaching skill of teacher is the most important element in all that may affect teaching quality.In this article,the author is going to generalize the teaching skills into eight catalogues and give each one a more specific explanation.The eight catalogues are the skill of working out teaching plan,of guiding,of teaching,of preparing questions and asking questions,of giving examples,of meeting an emergency,of using the multi-media facility and of ending.
